wow, what fun we had again at the library.  more new friends came just to visit me!  and I had lots of stories read to me, I love that! 

I will be at the library thru August on Tuesdays.  after that we will see what clever ideas Miss Cheri will come up with.  we will still be visiting for sure!

I have a cute dog friend named Tessie, did you know, she is named after the Tessie song they play at the Red Sox games?  her mommy and daddy are huge Red Sox fans and go to all of their games,.... so when I met my 2 new friends at the library today, I just new we had to get a picture,..................  thanks!  oh, and I've added a picture of Tessie also,...... in case you haven't met her before,...

Loving the Library

you kids are great, every week I meet new friends and old friends come to visit.  so nice to know that kids come to gets books and to see me!  Keep up your reading, we have only a few more weeks of summer!  its going by so fast,..................

wow, I am such a lucky dog.  do you know how many friends I have at the library?  so many, too many to count!  plus I don't have any fingers so I can't really count using those!  but check it out, here are all of my friends who came to get books and then to visit me.  and what fun we had reading books!  you kids are such great readers!  a special "hi" to my new friends that I met this week and an extra special "hello" to my friends who keep coming back!  I get so excited when I hear your footprints on the stairs,.....  sometimes a little too excited says my mother but I am always gentle and kind,,............

keep coming in, getting books and find time to visit Zenny's corner! 

miss cheri found me a really neat book, check it out, its HUGE! 

and so many of you read to me, I LOVE LOVE LOVE it when you read to me!  please come again!

what do you do after you visit the library?

Hi everyone!  so after your visit to the library to get fantastic books, what do you do?  play with friends?  play outside?  hang out with Mom and Dad?  how about swimming??? do you like to swim?  I LOVE to swim and my mom took me swimming after we left the library.  it felt so good to get in the water, it was hot, wasn't it?  check it out, I love to swim!

Library Fun!

Hi Everyone!  What fun we had at the library this week.  So many kids came in just to see me, it was so exciting.  and I heard so many good stores to,. I really love it when you read to me, will you come next week also?  we only have a few more weeks of the summer program you know, and there is so much reading to be done!

happy 4th of July!

Hi everyone, how are you?  what did you do this holiday weekend?  lots of people go on vacation.  we went for a nice long hike before it got to hot.  you know I am a black labrador and when it gets really hot out my black fur really heats up so my mother tries to get us out early when it is cooler.  our father was home also so we all went for a hike, at least my sister Lucy, my mom and dad and me!  my 3 other sisters stayed at home.  they are a little older and its to hot for them. 

so we went for a nice long hike and then came home.  we like to take naps after we come home.  its nice to do that after a hard day of exercise, don't you think?  do you take naps?
